SOME IMPORTANT INFO TO KNOW BEFORE YOU RENT:

• Minimum of 7 day rental.
• We love our pets but guests are not permitted to have pets on the property at any time.
• No RV’s, recreational vehicles, trailers or boats can be parked on the property.  There are several storage places within minutes of Ocean House.
• Two (2) parking passes only permitted per unit rental.  ALL guests must register with the management office on Monday of your stay.
• 6 people maximum occupancy per 2 bedroom unit and 8 people maximin occupancy per 3 bedroom unit.  This includes children
